So true about polls!!! I had a similar experience when I purchased a new car 12 years ago with a survey. The car manufacturer sent me surveys asking me questions about how I liked the vehicle. It was only about 4-5 questions but the very last question was always something like "Would you purchase this vehicle/model again?" After about a year I started to realize that I liked my car but I would likely not buy that vehicle again so I answered accordingly when I received the next survey. I never received another survey again. It was then I realized they had been manipulating the results by saying "those surveyed would purchase that vehicle again".
